Taekwondo for children in Zürich

Children from age 4 learn Taekwondo with us, in Seebach and at GZ Buchegg. Groups are split by age, and the first two sessions are free.

What children learn

Technique and respect

In every class, children practise technique and learn to treat each other with respect. Those who train regularly become more flexible and find it easier to focus.

Safety

Training safely

We're VERSA-certified for violence prevention. Every class is supervised and suited to the children's age, and sparring is done in protective gear and matched to belt level.

Coaches

Who coaches the children

Azadeh Hosseinpour leads our youth section. She holds a 5th DAN and is an experienced referee. Head coach Vedran Golec coaches the older children in Development and Performance.
